Our story
From finding answers to taking action
BoldAgent started with a simple observation: every company already has the answers its teams need — buried in documents, wikis, and internal tools nobody has time to search. The mission was straightforward: Let any team turn what they already know into an AI assistant, without writing a line of code.
But answering questions was never the finish line. Most AI assistants stop at telling you what to do — file the ticket, update the record, book the meeting — and leave the actual work to you. That's the gap BoldAgent exists to close: when connected to the right systems, it doesn’t just answer, it acts.
That idea grew into a full platform — agent creation, behavior controls, knowledge-first answers grounded in a company's own content, and a built-in review step so every action an agent can take is approved before it goes live. We built it for HR, IT, Finance, and Support teams first, not just developers, because the people who understand a process best are usually the ones stuck repeating it by hand.
